Luis E. Peraza II graduated from Gonzaga University's School of Business with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship/Innovation and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Since 2020, Luis has been tasked with expanding the team’s network and adding strong business relationships. Quick responsiveness, calming professionalism, and honesty have cemented loyal clients. This network of investors, wholesalers, developers, and community leaders are pioneering San Diego real estate with Peraza Real Estate for decades to come.
When he is not assisting clients, Luis enjoys spending quality time with family, staying fit at SparkCycle and YogaBox, and traveling with friends across the world. Most recently he has travelled to Asia and Central America for a few weeks at a time.
Luis is bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
