Business Referral Group- Meets 1st and 3rd THURSDAYS
To provide a consistent and meaningful networking event during the business day where networking-minded business professionals can gather, share their company’s competitive advantages, build valuable relationships and create opportunities to grow their business.

BRG Hybrid event communications to members
If you have not been vaccinated, we strongly recommend that you attend the meeting virtually, out of respect to others and in an abundance of caution.
For in person attendees at Chamber Conference room:
1) Please arrive on time (between 11:45 am and 11:55am) so that can begin the meeting punctually at 12pm
2) We will be seating attendees in the conference room with chairs at 6 feet from each other. Do not move the seats from their assigned positions.
3) Virtual attendees will be seen on the main screen of the conference room, and we will have speakers to allow in person attendees to hear Zoom attendees.
3) Once the meeting begins, please take your seats and keep as quite as possible, so virtual attendees can hear the meeting in progress.
4) The moderator will call out the names of the attendees who will speak next, alternating between in person and virtual attendees.
5) Please speak clearly and loudly so everyone, especially virtual attendees, can hear your message clearly. (We will be using a laptop microphone so virtual attendees can hear the meeting)
6) Please raise your hand if you have any question or comment during the meeting. The moderator will call on you when it is possible.
7) After meeting ends, feel free to network freely in the Chamber conference room or common areas.
8) If you are a presenter, please note that it will not be possible to use the conference room projector and screen. If you have a PowerPoint presentation, we recommend that you attend the meeting virtually so you can share your screen.
Virtual BRG Attendees via Zoom
1) Please use the normal Zoom meeting login to join the meeting. When you register to attend via Zoom, you will receive the link and meeting ID to join the meeting.
2) Please log into the meeting on time (by 11:55 am) so we can begin the meeting punctually at 12 pm (noon).
3) We will be using a laptop camera at the front of the conference room so all Zoom attendees can see all the in-person attendees and hear their presentations.
4) The meeting host will call out the next speakers name (alternating between in person and virtual attendees), and when it is your turn, please unmute yourself and make your presentation.
5) Please speak clearly and loudly, so all attendees can hear your presentation. We will have speakers in the conference room to allow in person attendees to hear your presentation.
6) Please make sure you are muted when you are not presenting.
7) If you have any questions, please place it in the Chat so that we can have the host attend to your request.
8) When the meeting ends, the host will end the Zoom meeting for everyone at that time.
